Hey! Well, I’m headed back home to Groton today. This past week has been a whirlwind! Enjoyed seeing lots of family at the wedding in Lubbock. Spent Sunday driving the 13 hours back to Searcy with Cynthia, Glen, Michael , and Rachel (who we left in OKC). Monday, I got to sleep in, yay!!, and then started trying to see as many people as possible for lunch, coffee, visit, movie, Sonic, etc. Had some great conversations, and soaked up the “camaraderie” of my Searcy folk. Apparently I brought CT weather with me, because it was relatively cool the two days I was out, with highs in the 90s. It was cloudy and rainy part of the time, and I loved the thunderstorm one night!
Sorry, never finished this entry… I am so glad I got to see everyone in Searcy! Michael and I had safe and easy flights back to Groton, and a few days to bach. it before Mom and Dad got back. Dad and some Searcy people packed all my belongings from the storage unit in Searcy and brought them up to Groton to store here till I get an apartment. Thanks to David and Josh for helping unload here!
